“But ultimately, the outcome of President Hichilema’s press conference is clearly underwhelming!”
Lusaka, May 18 – The only question that got the President openly agitated and made him spend a lot of time justifying why he is constantly travelling, engaging France and China, making him wave the graph to justify his perceived achievements came from Virginia Chilongo.
But ultimately, the outcome of this press conference is clearly underwhelming!
Clearly there is more rhetoric than action. No one has been fired, no one has been reprimanded, failures and mistakes have been shielded and poorly justified.
Well done Virginia Chilongo for that rattling question!

“In leadership, if you want to be heard and respected, you must always speak from a place of perspective and not perfection. The moment you start exhibiting infallibility or ‘deputy Jesus’ tendencies, people switch off, they simply stop listening. Take heed.”
