The world, today, needs experienced men and women of Professor Ngoma’s calibre to tap into their experience after working in the office of different Presidents.

Lusaka, May 26 – On the evening of Thursday the 25th of May, 2023 which was also Africa Freedom Day, International Peace and Governance (IPGC) Supreme Council of the American University of Peace and Governance which is opening soon in La Porte, Texas, USA appointed Edgar Ngoma as its pioneer Senior lecturer at the American University of peace and governance.
The International Peace and Governance supreme Council, which is dedicated to the study of peace and diplomacy globally, has also appointed Edgar Ng’oma as its visiting Professor of Philosophy and distinguished fellowship of chartered institute of peace and governance at a colourful ceremony held at the National museum of arts, culture and tourism at Arusha International conference centre (AICC) in Arusha, Tanzania.
Conferring Edgar Ngoma as Visiting Professor of Philosophy was Ambassador, Professor Robert Tay, who was flanked by a visiting Professor in criminology, Dean Roberts Jr., of New Jersey, USA who said the world today needed experienced men and women of Professor Ngoma’s calibre to tap into their experience after working in the office of different Presidents as the case is with Professor Ngoma.

On accepting the appointment and the honour bestowed on him, Professor Edgar Ngoma thanked the IPGC governing council for the timely appointment and in thanking the council for a well deserving appointment Prof. Ngoma said he grabbed the appointment with both hands because it is a necessary appointment which would now help him lobby African leaders in the transformation of Africa through the development of a total of 165 smart cities in Africa with an average of 3 smart cities in each of the 55 African states.
Prof. Ngoma in his acceptance speech further said that investors are ready to invest in this project with some investing in real estate, energy, with Mitsubishi company of Japan through Professor Ngoma’s associates indicating interest in the development of speed train railway systems.
On another front, a virtual State of the State of the African Diaspora SOAD Prime Minister, Dr.Luis George Tin, who is based in France has already signed agreement with Professor Ngoma in the development of Celebrity City in Zambia to be named Zollywood City whose land has already been secured 240km east of Zambia’s capital city, Lusaka, in Eastern Province where he plans to develop the biggest international airport on the continent of Africa to handle direct flights to all the 6 continents of the world to bring the diaspora citizens of the great continent of Africa back to their fathers land in what would be dubbed exodus, movement of Jah people.
Professor Ngoma has also indicated that SOAD Prime Minister, Dr. Luis George Tin, has had engagements with Hollywood executives in Los Angeles California and Bollywood Bombay in India through his diaspora networks, and that the two giant film industries have shown willingness to help design and facilitate the creation and development of Zollywood Celebrity in Zambia to be the hub or headquarters for Art, sport, tourism, Science and Africa Trade centre for the continent of Africa to help Africa make movies by boosting its film industry to tell its own African story in a modern state of the art film making facilities and modern African villages.
Finally, Professor Ngoma thanked Zambezi Seed Company in Zambia, Dana holdings and Dana oil marketing sole agent of castrol oil agent for BP South Africa in Zambia, Covenant Commodity trader, and Wonderful Group of companies, which include Marcoplo tiles, wonderful ceiling and United capital fertiliser for their support in the sponsorship of air tickets, food, accommodation and accreditation fees to IPGC.
Professor Ngoma also thanked the New Dawn Government led by His Excellency Hakainde Hichilema the President of Zambia for his moral support in creating an enabling environment for Professor Ng’oma to carry out his political activism peacefully without harassment from political cadres or security wings of government.
He has also thanked the members of the opposition in Zambia for the cordial relationship he has enjoyed and continues to enjoy with all of them.
Lastly but not the least Professor Ngoma has thanked his wife, children friends & relatives and all citizens of Zambia for their support and belief they have in him through his hard work in political activism for the past 20 years he has been doing political activism.
