May his trip to Saudi Arabia serve as a satirical reminder that the real magic lies not in a book, but in the hearts and hands of a united people.

Lusaka, Nov. 09 – Once upon a time, in the land of Zambia, a newly elected President, Hakainde Hichilema, set out on a grand adventure to find a lost formula book. This precious book, believed to hold the secret to reducing the cost of living, had mysteriously vanished during the President’s inauguration ceremony. And so, amidst tears and despair, President Hichilema embarked on a global search that would leave the citizens of Zambia both amused and bewildered.

First stop on the President’s quest was none other than Israel, the land of miracles. With unfaltering faith in finding the answers there, he jetted off, eagerly awaiting a revelation. However, it seems the divine powers of Israel were busy dealing with their own issues, as the President returned empty-handed. Alas, the elusive formula book remained missing, much to the disappointment of the Zambian people who had hoped for a magical solution to their economic woes.
Undeterred by this setback, President Hichilema continued his globe-trotting escapades, gracing countries like South Africa, Israel, and even the United States with his presence. With every trip, hope would rise and fade, mirroring the ebb and flow of the Zambian people’s tears. Oh, how they wept as fuel prices soared and their pockets grew emptier by the day!
Back home, while the President was busy gallivanting across continents, ordinary Zambians struggled to survive. As the cost of transportation and food skyrocketed, families found themselves rationing meals and losing faith in their leader’s promises. The tears shed by the people became an ocean of frustration and helplessness, their hopes sinking with every passing day.
Naysayers began to question the President’s priorities, arguing that his self-imposed exile was causing undue distress to the very people who had entrusted him with power. But undeterred, President Hichilema clung stubbornly to his dream of finding the lost formula book. Months turned into years, and those tears flowed ceaselessly. It seemed that the tears of the Zambian people had become a permanent fixture in their battle for economic stability.
Finally, after years of endless searching, the President returned to Zambia, his enthusiasm dampened, and his hands empty. The lost formula book remained elusive, like a mythical unicorn dancing just out of reach. The people, once again, wept bitter tears as they realized their dreams of a brighter future were shattered.

And so, the lost formula book became a symbol of shattered hopes and broken promises. It was a reminder of the colossal failure to address the economic challenges faced by the Zambian people. The tears flowed, but amidst the devastation, a ray of resilience began to emerge.
The Zambian people, in their newfound determination, came to comprehend that true solutions lie not in the pages of a lost book, but within themselves. They grew resilient, picking up the pieces and forging ahead in their search for a better future. No longer would they rely on a mythical formula book; they had the power to change their destiny.
The lost formula book, though it left a trail of tears, also served as a catalyst for change. It was a lesson in self-reliance and a reminder that the true path to progress lay not in elusive miracles but in the collective will of the people. With heads held high, the Zambian citizens pressed on, fueled by the resilience born from disappointment and armed with the knowledge that their tears had not been shed in vain.
And so, dear reader, let us remember the tale of President Hichilema and his global quest for the lost formula book. May it serve as a satirical reminder that the real magic lies not in a book, but in the hearts and hands of a united people.
