Lusaka, Aug. 11 – We live in a modern world where the fight for equal rights and opportunities is paramount. No one should underestimate the strength and capabilities of women. It is our responsibility to work hard, not only to uplift ourselves but also to ease the burdens men carry.

The rising cases of high blood pressure among men can be attributed to the relentless demands of some women who, instead of contributing to the household, focus on comparing men and placing undue pressure on them.
If you desire a man who drives a car, remember, you will find him where you’ve parked yours. Stop placing unnecessary stress on men. They worked hard to earn what they have, and nothing is stopping you from doing the same.
Every man is unique and deserves support, not to be drained of his hard-earned wealth. Rather than taking from them, we should focus on adding value and wealth to their lives.
If you cannot love a man for who he is, it is better to step aside and allow him to find a partner who truly understands and appreciates him. Unknowingly, some women are shortening men’s lives through their actions, which is unacceptable.
It’s time for us, as women, to change. Let us become true partners and helpers, not drainers.
