Lusaka, Aug. 21 – President Hichilema is a liability to the wellbeing of this nation because all he knows is how to lie to benefit his personal Tonga political ambition.

Despite our earlier concerns, which the Government hastily dismissed, Mr. Hichilema’s inept administration has now confirmed the presence of dangerous aflatoxin levels in selected mealie meal sold on the Zambian market.
At a media briefing yesterday, Minister of Health, Hon. Elijah Muchima, said over the past month, over 400 dogs have died due to suspected contaminated feed, thereby raising significant concerns about the safety of food supply in the country.
This toxin is not just a minor health threat – it’s a silent killer. Aflatoxins are known to wreak havoc on the human body, leading to the collapse of lungs and the irreversible destruction of kidneys.
The very food that should nourish the nation has been tainted under the watch of a government that seems more concerned with saving face than safeguarding the health of its citizens.
This alarming development only serves to highlight the government’s gross negligence and failure to protect its people from preventable dangers.
